The COVID-19 pandemic impacted the mental health and educational experiences of nursing students in undergraduate graduate programs. A larger mixed-methods study aimed to understand how personal lives learning across all programs levels. This article reports on qualitative data obtained from focus groups organized by student program level. Six themes emerged, including fear uncertainty, trust God, career concerns, concerns about family, issues, isolation/lack human touch. Background The global healthcare landscape was profoundly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic placing nurses squarely at heart of this emergency. This review aimed to identify factors correlated with nurses’ job satisfaction, impact their satisfaction on both themselves and patients, explore strategies that might have counteracted dissatisfaction during pandemic. Methods Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) methodology for systematic reviews prevalence incidence used in review. electronic databases CINAHL, MEDLINE, SCOPUS, PsycINFO Academic Search Complete were searched between January 2020 February 2023. Results literature identified 23 studies from 20 countries A pooled 69.6% satisfied personal, environmental, psychological influencing satisfaction. Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed unprecedented stress and challenges upon medical staff, potentially resulting in posttraumatic growth (PTG). This scoping review aims to synthesize the existing knowledge on PTG among staff during by identifying its current status potential influencing factors. findings may provide a foundation for future research interventions enhance staff’s psychological resilience well-being. Methods Literature was systematically searched from 01 January 2020 31 December 2022. following databases were searched: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Service System (SinoMed), Wanfang Data. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruption to healthcare services worldwide, and although the was declared over, nurses continue experience burnout mental health implications because of events experienced since 2020. aim this study explore experiences trauma among during pandemic, using a qualitative descriptive design. This paper used secondary analysis qualitative, semi-structured interviews conducted with 55 Australian exploring their alcohol consumption, due frequent narratives traumatic arising process. Data were analysed structural coding reported in accordance Consolidated Checklist for Reporting Qualitative (CORE-Q guidelines). Four themes emerged data analysis: managing stress clinical environment COVID ('it doesn't feel like it's gone away'), post-pandemic war, wasn't it?'), bonding over shared ('I not expecting camaraderie that developed') after event ('If something bad happens whilst you're on shift, you just have pretend it hasn't happened'). Background In the aftermath of COVID-19 pandemic, nurses may report positive transformations due to struggles faced during outbreak, but factors explaining this phenomenon remain understudied. While strength use has been shown to foster post-traumatic growth, few studies have examined whether it also influences outcomes such as job satisfaction, work thriving, and positive mental health. Addressing this gap is essential for improving the well-being of healthcare workers under ongoing stress. This study aimed explore relationships between use, among nurses, specifically investigating how key health, thriving at work. Additionally, growth mediates these relationships. 1,523 registered nurses from a tertiary hospital in Henan Province, China, who participated frontline COVID-19 efforts. The COVID-19 crisis has generated a severe and negative psychological impact worldwide. Despite this, it is also possible to experience post-traumatic growth (PTG). The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a significant toll on people worldwide for more than 2 years. Previous studies have highlighted the negative effects of mental health healthcare workers (HCWs) positive changes, such as post-traumatic growth (PTG). Furthermore, most previous were cross-sectional surveys without follow-ups. This study draws PTG follow-up during outbreak at 12-month intervals years since 2020. trajectories and baseline predictors described.A convenience sampling method was used to recruit frontline nurses or doctors COVID-19-designated hospital who eligible this study.
