Investigating the factors of SMEs’ business resilience in the post-pandemic crisis of COVID-19 with technology adoption as a quasi-moderator: a multigroup analysis of Indonesian and Malaysian SMEs

This study investigates determinants SMEs' business in Malaysia Indonesia, a focus moderating factor technology adoption. The Resource-Based View (RBV) Theory, Dynamic Capability Theory (DCV), Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) Framework were combined to analyze set resilience-impacting factors each country. Determining key factors influencing SMEs’ performance: A systematic literature review and experts’ verification
