High-tech firms face constant innovation and challenges due to a rapidly changing tech environment. Open strategies are an important solution for fostering rapid efficient by leveraging external capabilities. This study explores the critical factors that influence open in high-tech companies, assessing their importance providing key insights promoting these strategies. Through comprehensive literature review expert interviews, 16 impacting were identified. ABSTRACT Prioritizing greenness in new product development (NPD) has been an integral part of manufacturers' strategic choices to achieve sustainable goals. This research aims unravel the mechanisms through which firms with external search activities can foster green NPD. The data was obtained from 254 manufacturers located Vietnam. results revealed crucial role promoting NPD voluntary process innovation (GPI) practices. Furthermore, we did not find absorptive capacity accentuating link between and GPI, whereas subsidies negatively moderated this relationship. This essay seeks to analyze the utilization of khiyar in e-commerce transactions within context Islamic economics. Purpose: This research examines the reliability of a developed questionnaire intended for use in large-scale application. Also, existing literature has underscored relationship between Business Innovation and Technology Adoption performance Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) Libya. SMEs encounter various challenges that impede their growth success, including constraints related to capital business development. Design/Methodology/Approach: study used SPSS software analyze demographic attributes internal consistency validity validate all constructs as determine Pearson’s correlations. Findings: The results revealed 50% respondents were owners managers. Internal ranged from 0.961 0.974, indicating strong across components.
