Purpose
This
study
aims
to
explore
the
relationship
between
transformational
leadership
and
employee
creativity,
with
a
focus
on
mediating
role
of
taking
charge
moderating
well-being
within
framework
Job
Demands-Resources
(JD-R)
model.
Design/methodology/approach
Data
for
this
were
gathered
from
337
employees
in
banking
sector
Union
Territory
Jammu
Kashmir,
using
cluster
sampling
technique.
The
proposed
hypotheses
analyzed
SPSS
22
ensure
robust
statistical
evaluation.
Findings
results
demonstrate
that
significantly
positively
influences
both
creativity
charge.
Furthermore,
