Retaining a devoted and skilled workforce has become of paramount importance in China's dynamic competitive education sector. The consequences employee turnover bear weight, especially for institutions striving global excellence, impacting both institutional continuity the quality education. This study explores factors influencing intention within Chinese academic prioritizes these based on their significance. A two-round Delphi method was employed to solicit synthesize expert opinions through iterative rounds. Nineteen experts from private Fuzhou, China, were selected using combination purposeful snowball sampling. In first round, listed contributing intentions, which then analyzed thematic analysis. second ranked dimensions most least important. identifies five pivotal affecting order importance: (1) compensation, benefits, recognition; (2) career development advancement opportunities; (3) professional growth, training, job security; (4) leadership, management support, organizational culture; (5) work-life balance work environment. research proffers actionable recommendations discern counteract contributors turnover. insights furnish invaluable guidance educational institutions, underscoring necessity contentment laying groundwork sustained driven workforce.

Purpose This study aims to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity, with a focus on mediating role of taking charge moderating well-being within framework Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model. Design/methodology/approach Data for this were gathered from 337 employees in banking sector Union Territory Jammu Kashmir, using cluster sampling technique. The proposed hypotheses analyzed SPSS 22 ensure robust statistical evaluation. Findings results demonstrate that significantly positively influences both creativity charge. Furthermore, mediates creativity. findings also reveal moderates strengthening connection under high levels well-being. Originality/value contributes existing literature by extending JD-R model incorporate these relationships offering practical insights fostering organizational settings. These emphasize importance leadership, proactive behaviors, cultivating innovative productive work environments.

Purpose The Fourth Industrial Revolution has profoundly influenced the education sector, with Education 4.0 driving significant changes in teaching methodologies through integration of advanced technologies. This study explores critical factors influencing adoption within Malaysian Institute Teacher (IPGM), emphasizing preparedness pre-service and in-service teachers. Design/methodology/approach employed a Delphi method involving two iterative rounds 36 experts, including policymakers, educators technology specialists. Experts were chosen based on their extensive experience relevance to education. Through thematic analysis consensus building, this identified prioritized key 4.0. Findings findings highlight pivotal role strategic leadership, fostering culture innovation ongoing professional development supporting educators’ engagement emerging also underscores importance equitable access, sustainable funding collaborative efforts among stakeholders. Moreover, it emphasizes that well-designed, technology-enhanced lessons are essential for improving students’ learning outcomes. Originality/value study’s originality lies its focus IPGM context, distinguishing from prior research by addressing unique institutional challenges opportunities.
