Abstract Background Iron deficiency anaemia is common among pregnant women in Nigeria. The standard treatment oral iron therapy, which can be sub-optimal due to side effects. Intravenous ferric carboxymaltose (FCM) an evidenced-based alternative with a more favourable effect profile requiring administration according standardized protocol. In this study, we assessed the fidelity of administering single dose FCM protocol and identified factors influencing implementation fidelity. Methods We used mixed-method approach sequential explanatory design nested clinical trial across 11 facilities Lagos Kano States, Guided by conceptual framework fidelity, quantitatively adherence directly observing every alternate administration, using intervention procedure checklist, compared median facility state. Qualitative assessment was conducted via in-depth interviews 14 skilled health personnel (SHP) from nine purposively selected facilities, semi-structured interview guide. analyzed quantitative data descriptive inferential statistics Stata thematic analysis analyze transcribed NVivo. Results A total 254 administrations were observed study sites, majority secondary (63%), followed primary healthcare (PHCs) (30%). Overall, as per moderate (63%) varied depending on level. lowest level PHCs (36%). Median, showed significant differences ( p = 0.001) but not state 0.889). Introduction A South African social innovation based on peer support for mothers was contextualized in southern Sweden. The objective of the project to expectant women and young children immigrant communities access public services that would benefit maternal child health. This study aimed assess how intervention implemented, what contextual barriers facilitators were, implementation perceived by those who delivered received it. Methods used mixed methods with a convergent parallel design followed Medical Research Council guidance process evaluations complex interventions. Semi-structured interviews ( n = 19) were conducted supporters, client mothers, key stakeholders involved intervention. qualitative data analyzed using content analysis. Quantitative supporters' activities collected during contacts presented descriptively. Results five supporters had 1,294 which 507 first-time contacts. reach as wide, dose tailored individual needs. Dünya üzerindeki demografik dönüşüm sonucunda önemi artan yaşlılık, işyerleri özelinde dikkate değer olmalıdır. Bu doğrultuda ortaya çıkan yaş dostu işveren kavramı, işyerlerinde ayrımcılığına maruz kalan çalışanlar için önlemler geliştirmekte ve ayrıca işyerinde eğitim farkındalık programları düzenleme, esnek çalışma saatleri sağlama, mentorluk oluşturma, sağlık refah sunarak hem de işyerinin daha iyi olumlu ilişkiler ile yönetilmesini sağlamaktadır. makalede “yaş işveren” kavramı hizmet bağlamında incelenmiştir. inceleme içerisinde yaşlı geliştirmiş programlardan bahsedilmiştir. Yaş zaman içinde literatürde geniş yer edinmiş ekosistemine dönüşmüştür. kavramlar yapılan çalışmalar aktarılırken konunun anlaşılabilmesi tablo şekillerle açıklamalar desteklenmiştir. Kavramsal yapıldıktan sonra yazarlar tarafından geliştirilen “işyerinde ekosistemi” modeli oluşturulmuştur. model olan uygulama önerisi niteliği taşımaktadır. önerilen hizmetleri işverenlerin sağlaması noktasında hali yüksek huzurlu ortamı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract Evidence-based interventions have the potential to improve health and well-being, but their effectiveness depends, among other things, on challenging act of balancing between fidelity adaptation, referred as fidelity-adaptation dilemma. After initial implementation, it is primarily professionals delivering evidence-based end users that face dilemma, research about how relate perceive limited. This study aims describe professionals’ attitudes towards dilemma investigate associations professional individual organisational implementation determinants, characteristics, work-life consequences for professionals. Using a cross-sectional design, 103 working with an parental support programme ABC (All Children in Focus) were surveyed consequences. Data analysed using two-step cluster analysis.
