Abstract
Aging
is
characterized
by
a
decline
in
physiological
functions
and
an
increased
susceptibility
to
age-related
diseases.
This
study
investigates
the
therapeutic
potential
of
mesenchymal
stem
cells
(MSCs)
pyrroloquinoline
quinone
(PQQ),
individually
combination,
counteract
aging-related
declines,
with
specific
focus
on
their
modulation
AMP-activated
protein
kinase
(AMPK)
pathway,
key
regulator
cellular
energy
homeostasis
stress
response.
was
induced
thirty-seven
female
rats
using
D-galactose,
simulating
metabolic
imbalances
oxidative
characteristic
aging.

aged

treatment,

MSCs,
PQQ,
