analyzing

variables,
as

predictors.

Abstract
Background
From
November
2022
to
February
2023,
China
has
experienced
a
surge
period
of
COVID-19
pandemic
and
doctors
nurses
working
in
hospitals
have
suffered
from
serious
psychological
crisis
because
the
medical
crowding,
which
may
result
occurrence
suicidal
ideation
(SI).
This
study
aims
explore
prevalence
influencing
factors
SI
during
this
phase.
Methods
A
multicenter
cross-sectional
was
conducted
5
January
2023
9
2023.
Data
were
collected
by
online
questionnaires,
with
measured
single
item.
Ordinal
logistic
regression
analysis
stratified
analyses
preformed
identify
factors.
Results
total
5696
retained
for
further
analysis,
25.28%
reporting
Participants
experiencing
anxiety
symptoms
or
supporting
other
departments
treating
patients
more
likely
report
SI.
Additionally,
higher
levels
resilience,
mindfulness,
perceived
social
support
protective
against
Conclusion
During
phase,
over
quarter
SI,
should
be
great
concern.
Tailored
interventions
implemented
alleviate

Post-traumatic growth, moral sensitivity and service behaviour among healthcare workers in the post-pandemic era of COVID-19 in mainland China: a cross-sectional study

Objectives
To
investigate
how
post-traumatic
growth
(PTG)
and
moral
sensitivity
influence
service
behaviour
among
healthcare
workers
(HCWs)
in
mainland
China
post-COVID-19,
with
a
focus
on
the
mediating
role
of
sensitivity.
Design
Cross-
sectional
survey
design.
Setting
This
study
was
conducted
27
provinces
across
China,
from
16
March
to
2
April
2023.
Participants
1,193
HCWs,
including
378
physicians
815
nurses,
were
selected
using
convenience
snowball
sampling
methods.
Methods
The
included
Post-traumatic
Growth
Inventory-Chinese
version
(PTGI-C),
Moral
Sensitivity
Questionnaire-Revised
Chinese
Version
(MSQ-R-CV)
scale.
Structural
equation
modelling
employed
analyse
data,
focusing
associations
between
PTG,
sensitivity,
behaviours.
Results
found
significant
PTG
(r=0.49,
p<0.01),
both
factors
positively
influencing
HCWs’
Specifically,
had
direct
effect
behaviours
(
β
=0.172,
p<0.01)
an
indirect
through
=0.333,
65.8%
PTG’s
impact
model
explained
56.0%
variance
behaviours,
indicating
substantial
these
psychological
professional
conduct.
Conclusions
findings
highlight
shaping
HCWs
aftermath
COVID-19
pandemic.
suggests
that
enhancing
targeted
interventions
could
improve
delivery
resilience,
emphasising
importance
incorporating
ethical
training
into
practices

future
public
health
crises.
