Subclinical using Brief Symptom Inventory-53; daily were six-day experience sampling periods with ten questionnaires.Multilevel linear logistic regression analyses indicated lower general anxiety beyond age effects; fewer face-to-face more online interactions; higher-quality than before. Negative associations peer family stronger pre-pandemic.The observed decrease stability is surprising potentially reflects resilience. Although digital communication may buffer much quarantine-induced distress, current results imply high-quality peers have been powerful keeping resilient. As restrictions lifted adolescents’ worlds change, it crucial to learn about longer-term effects experienced deprivation.
