ABSTRACT Mechanobiology studies how mechanical forces influence biological processes at different scales, both in homeostasis and pathology. Organoids, 3D structures derived from stem cells, are particularly relevant tools for modeling tissues organs vitro. They currently constitute one of the most suitable models mechanobiology studies. This review provides an overview existing or applicable approaches to organoids We first present types culture supports, including hydrogels organ‐on‐chip. then discuss advanced imaging techniques, studying physical properties allowing visualization cellular responses. also describe available observe by microscopy. Finally, we analytical methods, computational biophysical measurement approaches, which facilitate quantification interactions. aims provide comprehensive possible instrumentations, conduct a mechanobiological study on organoids.
