Increasing
and
changing
demands
for
academic
teachers
worldwide
are
leading
to
different
consequences,
some
of
which
negative,
such
as
physical
mental
health
impairment.
With
the
job
demands-resources
model
transactional
occupational
stress
adopted
a
theoretical
framework,
cross-sectional
study
among
Polish

In
complex

ever-changing
environments,

scarce

world

a

challenge

evolutionary
biologists.
Urban

often

Abstract
Modulation
