ABSTRACT Inventory management (IM) is emerging as a focal point in Industry 5.0 (I5.0), especially within the manufacturing setups, because of its alignment with environmental and sustainability goals firm's operation. This research explores disparity between theoretical views practical applications IM, highlighting significance domain‐specific knowledge impact on I5.0 principles that guide operations. Utilizing systematic literature review approach, recent developments IM I5.0, focusing how firms strategically leverage optimize utilization IM. The inquiry progressed through three‐stage process literature. From an initial sample 698 documents 2020 2024, exclusion criteria narrowed to 210 relevant articles studies business disciplines, eventually narrowing down industry relevance, adequacy, scope. After rigorous filtration, identifies theoretically argues both conventional advanced practices adopted over last 7 years, special emphasis inventory know‐how context I5.0. It also moderates relationship (IMPs) operational performance. Based 41 high‐quality output reviews, study establishes link IMPs, for enhancing discussion highlights gaps suggests roadmap future into articulated conceptual model. model shows path toward adopting IMP under improve provides valuable insights practitioners seeking integrate concepts sophisticated ensuring seamless efficient flow.

Abstract To accomplish the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), manufacturing industry faces significant hurdles, particularly in embracing green servitization and circular economy ideas confronting dearth of research on for sustainability. fill this lacuna, study examines role promoting practices (CEPs) sustainability Malaysian firms. A robust framework has been forged based natural resource‐based view (NRBV) theory. Data from a survey 251 firms (Malaysian Japanese) were collected analyzed using hybrid methodology that included structural equation modeling artificial neural network (SEM‐ANN). The findings SEM highlight positively promotes CEP sustainable performance. Furthermore, mediating between ANN results indicate is dominant predictor dimensions. Unlike prior theoretically assumes all relationships are linear, nascent successfully validated there exists nonlinear relationship NRBV framework. Based outcomes, contributions, practical implications, future avenues have discussed.

The aim of this study is to assess the level awareness and readiness organizations implement assumptions Industry 5.0, as well identify benefits challenges associated with process. paper makes an original contribution by combining empirical analysis proposal a practical model, enabling better understanding technological social transformation process in Polish organizations. article presents model for implementing integrating technological, social, organizational aspects, offering comprehensive approach towards sustainable human-centered development. was conducted among 556 companies from five sectors: IT, automotive, industrial, service, banking/financial, using non-random sampling method data through techniques such association rules hierarchical clustering. research results indicate that most are familiar basics 5.0 concept (25% full knowledge, 66% partial knowledge), but only portion engaged (59%), which typically takes place gradually (53%). commonly reported benefit improved product service quality (73%), while frequently cited included need staff training (58%), ensuring network security (53%), modernizing infrastructure systems (52%). Benefits quality, increased production efficiency, cost optimization primarily recognized IT industrial sectors. At same time, modernize ensure security, implementation costs, remain significant barriers, particularly small- medium-sized enterprises. findings have significance they provide decision-makers guidance on effective planning actions related 5.0.

Industry 4.0 (I4.0) and 5.0 (I5.0) represent important changes in industrial paradigms. I4.0 is centered on efficiency competitiveness, I5.0 adds sustainability, human-centricity, resilience to the framework. Despite their growing relevance, much of existing research remains techno-centric, neglecting sociocultural institutional forces shaping them. This study investigates how transition from occurring using an perspective. A qualitative methodology was employed, combining theoretical synthesis secondary data analysis develop integrative model. ABSTRACT Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors are gradually being utilized to assess organizations' long‐term success, drive capital, inform company decision‐making toward sustainable growth. Despite a few research investigations, studies on ESG still developing by using broader range of new technologies improve transparency; overcoming shortcomings that have arisen yet be examined. Industry 5.0 (I5.0) provides an effective paradigm for comprehending the significance technology in enhancing disclosure reporting. To handle critical shift wider development goals (SDGs) specifically, SDG 8 (Decent Work Economic Growth) 13 (Climate Action) within monitoring system, this digs into current reporting concerns obstacles. The study systematically reviews I5.0 literature. also carries out extensive content‐centric assessment relevant sources information mappings accomplish aims. findings reveal fundamental characteristics consistent with ESG, while may accommodate capabilities improving reliability, expanding from retrospective prospective real‐time reporting, customizing, broadening lowering costs, effectiveness. suggest must expand outside its company‐centric emphasis, altering existing accounting methods embrace requirements more appropriately. performance can improved clearer representation environmental social consequences, guiding both firms' investors' decisions (double materiality concept) towards SDGs. New or missing (M) scores revealed assist investors managers.
