The coach bots are coming: exploring global coaches’ attitudes and responses to the threat of AI coaching

Artificial
intelligence

Despite
the
fast-growing
scholarship,
Thriving
at
Work
(TAW)
investigations
in
tourism
and
hospitality
remain
fragmented,
failing
to
capture
full
range
of
factors
context-specific
conditions
influencing
TAW
experiences.
This
study
aims
address
these
gaps
by
developing
a
comprehensive
framework
that
conceptualizes
within
unique
context
hospitality,
mapping
out
knowledge
what
entails
how
it
can
be
effectively
nurtured
sectors.
Through
an
integrative
systematic
literature
review

peer-reviewed
studies,
research
highlights
integration
self-determination
states
(autonomy,
competence,
relatedness)

conceptualizations.

Purpose
Workplace
thriving
(WT),
self-job
crafting

belongingness

to
lead
positive
outcomes
for

seems

a
dearth
of
insights
into
the
relationship
between
three
constructs,
non-existent
in
context
non-family
employees
(NFEs)
working
private
family
firms.
Therefore,
this
study
examines
whether
enabling
NFEs
craft
own
jobs
leads
them
reappraise
position
organization,

influencing
both
WB
WT.
