Purpose The purpose of this study was to develop and test a research model that explored leader psychological capital (LPsyCap) as predictor follower creative performance (FCRP). also investigated job crafting (FJC) knowledge collecting (FKC) donating (FKD) behaviors the multiple mediators trickle-down effect LPsyCap on FCRP in sequential manner. This study investigates the relationship between self-efficacy, job crafting, and innovative work behavior in Indonesian prospective police investigators. The research, conducted at National Police Education Training Institute, utilized a quantitative approach, gathering data from 448 participants via structured online questionnaire employing five-point Likert scale. analysis was using SmartPLS4. findings indicate that self-efficacy does not directly affect behavior. However, crafting serves as complete mediator this relationship, underscoring its essential role promoting innovation within organized professional environments. enhances current body of literature by applying Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory to law enforcement settings, highlighting intricate interplay among cognitive, behavioral, environmental elements. Incorporating crafting-focused training education is recommended improve adaptability innovation, thereby addressing operational challenges faced post-pandemic context. The goal of this study is to determine the function work engagement as a mediating factor in relationship between job crafting, task performance, and employability hospitality sector. A questionnaire was applied participants were drawn from 209 hotel employees İstanbul, Kocaeli, Türkiye. To test these hypotheses, structural equation modeling implemented. findings show that crafting linked performance positively. Drawing from the conservation of resources theory, this study explores when and how workplace incivility toward expatriates affects their service innovation, which is critical for success multinational hotels. Additionally, we examine work engagement as a mediator expatriate collectivism moderator in above relationship. Data were collected hospitality industry China, found that impaired innovation through reduced engagement. Furthermore, our findings revealed could serve mitigating factor against adverse consequences expatriates. Finally, discussed theoretical practical implications hotel management strategies.

Based on Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, this study collected the data 342 front-line employees five-star hotels in northeast China by means longitudinal collection. SPSS 25.0 and Mplus 8.0 were used for analysis to test hypotheses proposed study. This found that workload harmonious passion play a mediating role between human-robot collaboration proactive behavior. Robot trust not only moderates relationship passion, but also effect passion. examines effects behavior hotel through cognitive emotional pathways, verifies boundary conditions robot trust. Otherwise, our validates extends COR theory some extent.
