Understanding how to reduce employee tech stress is crucial for improving workforce well-being and maximizing operational efficiency in the tourism hospitality sectors due post-COVID-19 digital transformation. Therefore, this study aims investigate impact of enhancing restaurant employees' transformation readiness technological device on reducing technostress. The employed a qualitative methodology semi-structured interviews, primarily addressing paucity scholarly investigations within specific research area. interviewee cohort encompassed both managerial staff members from two distinct categories restaurants (i.e., fast-food casual dining restaurants). found eight factors related employees transformation, as well four devices. This study introduces a self-service ticketing kiosk designed for resort accommodation and activities, integrating hardware components such as bill coin acceptor, microcontroller, touch screen monitor. The web application powering the was developed using JavaScript, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), PHP, MySQL database management. primary objective to assess effectiveness, efficiency, user satisfaction of system. Effectiveness measured through task completion rates, while efficiency evaluated based on recorded time spent tasks. User System Usability Scale. Results indicate significant improvements in both effectiveness with 100% rate overall relative observed final trial, suggesting minimal errors once familiarity interface is achieved. Participant feedback revealed that users found easy use convenient, its functions seamlessly integrated. Overall, exhibited strong performance, achieving 78.975% rating, demonstrating high level usability.
