This study investigates the experiences and satisfaction levels of café-goers in Ahmedabad, focusing on impact intergenerational interactions, digital engagement, cultural inclusivity customer preferences revisit intentions among younger consumers aged 18 to 35. Data were collected from 100 respondents using a structured questionnaire that addressed key factors such as service quality, ambiance, overall social reinforcement. Regression analysis revealed no significant relationships between independent variables purpose visiting cafés, indicating complexity influencing behavior. The findings suggest need for further exploration additional capture intricacies satisfaction. research contributes understanding evolving café culture its implications enhancing public spaces.
