Perceived organisational politics has long been a severe factor in performance. Drawing upon the conservation of resources and social exchange theory, present research aims to investigate effects perceived organization on helping behaviors engagement levels employees, as well examine moderating role virtuousness between above-stated variable. Our unravel how affects employees' work-helping behaviours level engagement. Design: This cross-sectional study utilised random sampling technique, data was collected from 366 employees working different federal government departments Islamabad, Pakistan. Findings: The obtained results showed significant negative effect perceptions by mediating disengagement. These further stated that positive had weakened strong organizational reduced disengagement predictor criterion variables. Theoretical Implications: advances an understanding its interaction with under work settings. It contributes valuable insights for management theories, emphasizing need consider these multifaceted factors optimising virtuousness. Practical provides public sector organisations shedding light dynamics seeking task performance amid evolving Limitations future recommendations are provided generalizability current research. This study examines the influence of various leadership styles on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within Bangkok's rapidly growing construction industry. Los estudios sobre gestión de la felicidad indagan mejoras en el bienestar y satisfacción laboral, impactando positivamente productividad.
