Given the revolutionary role of metaverses, healthcare metaverses are emerging as a transformative force, creating intelligent systems that offer immersive and personalized services. The allow for effective decision-making data analytics users. However, there still exist critical challenges in building such risk sensitive leakage issues with sensing security freshness, well concerns around incentivizing sharing. In this paper, we first design user-centric privacy-preserving framework based on decentralized Federated Learning (FL) metaverses. This utilizes hierarchical architecture main chain multiple subchains perform decentralized, privacy-preserving, secure training both virtual physical spaces.
