BACKGROUND: This study analyzed the existing global experience of university and labor market partnerships concerning employment youth with disabilities. It was found that current cooperation models are implemented locally, in a fragmented manner, limited to interactions between universities large enterprises. OBJECTIVE: The research aimed explore state meeting needs students disabilities terms providing educational services opportunities analyze interaction universities, municipalities, improve for young people METHODS: considered survey three target groups from different regions Ukraine (105 disabilities, 321 faculty members, 102 enterprise managers) conducted satisfaction employing RESULTS: findings indicated lack coordination among stakeholders, an absence systematization, organization addressing issue improving enabled identification desired connections subjects social partnership. A partnership model developed CONCLUSION: results promising, as implementing will broadly impact society.

This qualitative study explores the perceptions of digital technologies among student speech-language pathologists (SLPs) at bachelor's and master's levels, focusing on key factors influencing their acceptance conditions fostering intention to use these in future pathology services. A total 16 SLPs, all currently enrolled undergraduate graduate programs, participated this study. Their views using were gathered through in-depth semi-structured interviews. The data analyzed thematic analysis, guided by Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT), which examines how such as performance expectancy, effort social influence, facilitating affect technology. findings revealed that students generally have optimistic technologies, recognizing role sustaining services during emergencies. Findings indicate significantly shape SLPs' intentions technologies. Themes beyond UTAUT framework discovered study, confidence one's skills impact societal context, particularly ongoing war Ukraine, further emphasize need for comprehensive strategies addressing both psychological practical dimensions technology adoption. These should ensure SLPs are equipped with necessary skills, confidence, support integrate tools effectively professional practice. The ongoing war in Ukraine has significantly impacted the mental health of academic staff, with anxiety emerging as a predominant issue. In the evolving landscape of Ukrainian higher education, implementing inclusive education is both a challenge and an opportunity, intensified by backdrop war post-war recovery. This study, centered on experiences Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, displaced borderless institution, seeks to understand unique hurdles prospects in this journey. Engaging with 36 management representatives across four hierarchical levels, research sheds light effective strategies ensure equal access for individuals special educational needs. Abstract The war in Ukraine has been ongoing for over two years. As territories that were captured at the beginning of conflict are being deoccupied, pressing issue repopulating these areas emerges, especially concerning youth. In this commentary, we critically examine tripartite cooperation among universities, governments, and local self‐government bodies as a critical mechanism encouraging return young people to Ukraine's deoccupied territories. Considering inevitable exodus youth due occupation, underscore importance early strategy conceptualization their return. discussion analyzes roles responsibilities all key stakeholders, necessity balance national directives with autonomy, ethical imperatives should guide such endeavors. Although centered on Ukrainian context, insights from research may prove valuable other regions encountering similar challenges amidst globalization.

This article investigates STEM education perceptions among pre-service teachers from various specialties at a pedagogical university in Ukraine, highlighting its role addressing socio-economic and environmental challenges of the country. The study aims to understand how view integration into their professional activity. Key findings indicate that while there is general positive attitude towards education, significant variations exist across different specialties. Pre-service 'Science' 'Early Childhood Primary Education' categories demonstrate higher engagement with STEM-oriented tasks compared those 'Arts Humanities' 'Social Sciences' categories. research reveals gap teachers' understanding STEM's interdisciplinary nature, often associating it primarily technological innovations. identifies several barriers effective implementation including limited resources, insufficient knowledge teachers, lack appropriate teaching materials.
