No entanto, apesar da grande quantidade de estudos que avaliam o impacto do exercício físico em pacientes jovens com pré-diabetes, diabetes mellitus tipo II, ou síndrome metabólica, pouco se sabe sobre a eficácia dessa intervenção população idosos portadores dessas doenças. Background/Objectives: Migraine is a complex neurological disorder often associated with autonomic nervous system (ANS) dysfunction. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of fascia exercises on migraine symptoms and explore their potential as novel conservative treatment approach. Methods: A prospective, randomized controlled trial was conducted 30 patients who were randomly assigned group (fascia exercises) or control (conventional physiotherapy). Both groups underwent six-week intervention consisting two sessions per week. Pain intensity, migraine-related disability, sleep quality, anxiety, depression, heart rate variability (HRV), patient satisfaction assessed before after using validated scales. Results: Significant improvements in pain attack frequency duration, anxiety levels observed both (p < 0.05). Apical periodontitis (AP) results from bacterial contamination of the pulp tissue, with its progression highly influenced by host's immune response. Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) often leads to cardiac autonomic neuropathy (CAN), a severe complication affecting cardiovascular health. Exercise training is proven intervention for improving metabolic control and health in T2DM, but the effects of concurrent exercise (CET), combining aerobic resistance exercises, on CAN are not fully understood. Objective: This randomized controlled trial investigates impact structured CET program modulation, profile, body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF), quality life (QoL) individuals with T2DM CAN. Methods: A total 96 participants, aged 35-70 years, CAN, were into (n = 48) groups. The group engaged combined three times per week 13 weeks, while received standard care. Primary outcomes included heart rate variability (HRV) recovery (HRR). Abstract Background Previous observational studies have linked circulating cytokines to sarcopenia, but their causal relationship remains unclear. This study employed Mendelian Randomization (MR) investigate the links between and sarcopenia‐related traits using genetic data. Methods A two‐sample bidirectional MR analysis was conducted data from individuals of European ancestry, utilizing genome‐wide association (GWAS) statistics. The selected instrumental single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) significantly associated with applied multiple methods, including inverse variance weighted (IVW), Weighted Median, MR‐Egger, Mode, Simple MR‐PRESSO. analyzed were appendicular lean mass (ALM) grip strength. Heterogeneity, robustness, consistency results assessed Cochran's Q statistic, MR‐Egger regression, “leave‐one‐out” sensitivity analyses.
