Within the transactional framework of stress, resilience may be conceptualized as a dynamic process wherein individuals, when confronted with adversity, utilize both internal and external coping resources. Russia's full-scale military invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 led to an increase anxiety and depressive states, psychosomatic manifestations, a tendency abuse alcohol psychoactive substances in the population. The conflict of the Russian-Ukrainian War that began on 24 February 2022 has profoundly changed Europe. primary objective this study was to assess prevalence anxiety, stress, depression, and insomnia among a group surveyed Poles in first months after outbreak war 2022. secondary goal analyze potential risk factors for these mental disorders. Purpose This study aims to develop and test a multivariable psychosocial prediction model of subjective well-being in Ukrainian adults ( n = 1,248) 1.5 years after the 2022 Russian invasion Ukraine. Design/methodology/approach The research design followed “Transparent reporting for individual prognosis or diagnosis” checklist. online survey combined questionnaire on sociodemographic characteristics specifics living wartime, as well validated self-reported inventories: Modified BBC Subjective Well-being Scale, Acceptance Action Questionnaire – Version 2 Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale-10.
