This study explores the impacts of agricultural digital technologies on youth generation in Indonesia, focusing their contributions to food security and rural development. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, research combines quantitative data from surveys young farmers with qualitative insights interviews focus groups. Findings reveal that technologies, such as precision farming, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, significantly enhance productivity, market access, knowledge dissemination among youth. These advancements are shown increase by improving crop yields reducing post-harvest losses. Additionally, integration tools agriculture fosters development creating new job opportunities, urban migration, encouraging sustainable farming practices. Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management in Indonesia: The Omnibus Law Impact DOI

Objectives: This study explores the impact of implementation Omnibus Law—specifically employment cluster—on industrial relations management and human resource (HRM) in Indonesia. Methodology: Employing a qualitative approach, research integrates semi-structured interviews, literature reviews, Analytic Network Process (ANP) analysis to identify challenges, solutions, appropriate strategies. Finding: The findings reveal that Law introduces flexibility managing HRM but also poses significant such as shifts patterns, increased tensions between workers employers, concerns over worker welfare. Opposition from labor unions centers on issues reduction rights, removal limitations fixed-term contracts, is perceived disadvantage workers. Based analysis, an model proposed emphasizing sustainable tripartite dialogue, strengthening union capacity, welfare-oriented flexible work policies, technology-based supervision. Conclusion: offers strategic recommendations for fostering harmonious effective within framework Law.
