study
explores
the
impact
of
implementation
Omnibus
Law—specifically
employment
cluster—on
industrial
relations
management
and
human
resource
(HRM)
in
Indonesia.
Methodology:
Employing
a
qualitative
approach,
research

semi-structured
interviews,
literature
reviews,
Analytic
Network
Process
(ANP)
analysis
to
identify
challenges,
solutions,
appropriate
strategies.
Finding:
The
findings
reveal
that
Law
introduces
flexibility
managing
HRM
but
also
poses
significant

shifts
patterns,
increased
tensions
between
workers
employers,
concerns
over
worker
welfare.
Opposition

labor
unions
centers
on
issues

rights,
