N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is an RNA modification involved in processing and widely found transcripts. In cancer cells, m6A upregulated, contributing to their malignant transformation. this study, we analyzed gene expression tissues, ducts, acinar cells derived from pancreatic patients using MeRIP-seq. We that dozens of RNAs highly modified by were detected tissues compared with ducts cells. Among them, the m6A-activated mRNA TCEAL8 was observed, for first time, as a potential marker cancer. Spatially resolved transcriptomic analysis showed expressed specific activation cancer-related signaling pathways observed relative TCEAL8-negative Furthermore, among TCEAL8-positive expressing m6A-modifying enzyme METTL3 co-activation Notch mTOR signaling, also known be metastasis. Overall, these results suggest novel transformation

Cancer cells exhibit abnormal behavior compared to normal cells. They ignore growth arrest signals such as contact inhibition, a mechanism that stops their proliferation when they collide with surrounding cells, and proliferate in an uncontrolled manner, destroying tissue. Early detection treatment of cancer are therefore important for healthy longevity. differ from characteristic gene expression due abnormalities. markers reflect these characteristics have been searched applied diagnosis. Although analysis blood antigens has the main method, further development diagnostic system is needed early cancer. Next-generation sequencers improved technology, making it possible analyze detailed nucleic acid molecules or urine. In addition, release extracellular vesicles, exosomes, which known contain may serve markers. This review summarizes latest findings on exosomal

Chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy has revolutionized cancer immunotherapy but continues to face significant challenges that limit its broader application, such as targeting, the tumor microenvironment, and persistence, especially in solid tumors. Meanwhile, global implementation of mRNA vaccines during COVID-19 pandemic highlighted transformative potential lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technologies. These innovations, characterized by their swift development timelines, precise design, efficient delivery mechanisms, provide a promising framework address some limitations CAR-T therapy. Recent advancements, including mRNA-based CAR engineering optimized LNP delivery, have demonstrated capacity enhance efficacy, particularly context This review explores how mRNA-LNP technology can drive vivo engineered therapies current discusses future directions, advancements optimization, strategies for improving functionality safety. By bridging these technological insights, may evolve into versatile accessible treatment paradigm across diverse oncological landscapes.

Elucidating the mechanisms underlying cancer development and proliferation is important for of therapeutic methods complete cure cancer. In particular, identification diagnostic markers early detection new strategies refractory gastrointestinal cancers are needed. Various abnormal phenomena occur in cells, such as functional changes proteins, led by genomic mutations, gene expression due to dysregulation epigenetic regulation. This no exception noncoding RNA (ncRNA), which do not encode proteins. Recent reports have revealed that microRNA (miRNA), long (lncRNA), circular (circRNA) deeply involved progression. These ncRNAs attracted attention regulatory molecules. advances technology made it possible only read DNA sequences but also study modification state each base. comprehensive analysis N6-methyladenosine (m
