The aim the present was identify (i) main instruments used measure children’s PMU across different studies; (ii) risk protective factors which might increase or reduce PMU; (iii) outcomes associated with PMU. Methods: This study conducted following guidelines proposed PRISMA statement. A total 35 studies published between 2012–2022 a mean sample 0 were ultimately included this literature review. Results: for more than 2 h day, male gender, higher increased developing among led consequences development well-being (e.g., problematic behaviors, sleep problems, depressive symptoms, lower emotional intelligence, academic achievements).
