Rhizosphere
bacteria,
the
main
functional
microorganisms
inhabiting
roots
of
terrestrial
plants,
play
important
roles
in
regulating
plant
growth
and
environmental
stress
resistance.
However,
limited
information
is
available
regarding
changes
occurring
within
structure
root
microbial
community
response
mechanisms
host
plants
that
improve
adaptability
to
drought
stress.
In
this
study,
we
conducted
an
experiment
on
two
sugarcane
varieties
with
different
tolerance
levels
under
control
treatments
analyzed
rhizosphere
bacterial
communities
using
16S
rRNA
high-throughput
sequencing.
Correlation
analysis
results
clarified
influence
various
factors

Drought
reduced
diversity
sugarcane.
Interestingly,
drought-sensitive
cultivar
GT39
changed
more
than
drought-tolerant
ZZ9.

ZZ9

abundance

accumulated
large
number
only
mainly
relied
Actinobacteria

positively
correlated

Replacing
petrochemical
polymers
with
biomaterials
