Rhizosphere
bacteria,

regulating
plant
growth
and
environmental
stress
resistance.
However,
limited
information
is
available
regarding
changes
occurring
within

microbial
community
response
mechanisms

varieties

Mulching

In
order
to
investigate
the
comprehensive
effects
of
straw
returning
on
soil
physical
and
chemical
properties,
as
well
cotton
growth
in
Jiangsu,
China,
determine
suitable
high-yield
efficient
measures,
this
study
implemented
three
different
methods:
mulching
(SM),
incorporation
(SI),
biochar
(BC),
with
no
