Background: In their duties, health care workers, especially nurses, have a high risk of being infected with COVID-19 both from patients and non-patients. Some nurses who are need to be treated isolated in the hospital. It is important understand nurses’ experiences during isolation as this could change way they provide nursing for future. However, topic has not been studied Indonesia.Purpose: This study aimed explore experience were hospital due infection.Methods: qualitative was conducted using descriptive phenomenological approach. The participants had hospitalized an room, selected through purposive sampling. Data saturation reached on 7th participant, total 7 participated. collected in-depth interviews analyzed Colaizzi’s method.Results: analysis resulted three main themes: (1) Experience at diagnosis (Pre-isolation), sub-themes: initial reaction, source/origin infection, early symptoms, reactions family close people; (2) Experiences isolation, Feelings rooms, body covid-19 therapy, medical response swab results; (3) Post-isolation experiences, post-covid conditions, expectations other covid patients, personnel.Conclusion: identified pre-isolation, post-isolation. Support members, colleagues leaders essential healing process. Appropriate planning approaches expected support COVID-19.

Abstract Aims This study aimed to examine (a) changes in coping strategies and vicarious post‐traumatic growth (VPTG) across three timepoints of the COVID‐19 pandemic among nurses; (b) discrete groups nurses with unique profiles (c) association these VPTG timepoints. Stress in the healthcare environment causes negative effects nurses such as burnout, anxiety, and depression. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted increased pressure on medical staff globally, highlighting potential benefits of mindfulness-based interventions reducing nurses' stress levels. Despite numerous studies exploring effect training nurses, results remain inconclusive.To systematically evaluate impact mindfulness nurse's performance increase certainty existing evidence.This study searched various databases, including EBSCO, Embase, Web Science, PubMed, ProQuest, Scopus, Cochrane Online Library, Wanfang, SinoMed, CNKI, VIP, for randomized controlled trials up until 02 December 2022. Two investigators independently screened extracted data from articles, while also assessing risk bias. was analyzed using RevMan 5.4 software.This review identified 15 out 2,171 records retrieved, consisting a total 1,165 participants who were randomized. Post-intervention analysis provided very-low evidence moderate effectiveness [standardized mean difference (SMD) = -0.81; 95% confidence interval (CI) -1.11 to -0.52], with no significant anxiety (SMD -0.30; CI -0.72 0.13) or depression -0.24; -0.55 0.07). However, effective demonstrated by lower scores emotional exhaustion -4.27; -5.94 -2.59) depersonalization -2.89; -4.24 -1.54) higher personal accomplishment 2.81; 0.12 5.50). However, to date, no systematic review has identified the factors that predict their experiences The current paper aims address this gap. AimTo survey the mental health symptoms, job satisfaction, and quality of life psychiatric nurses working at hospitals in China early stage pandemic, to examine their associated factors.MethodsWe conducted a national 41 tertiary hospitals. The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-Chinese version (DASS-C21), Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), World Health Organization Quality Life-Chinese (WHOQOL-BREF-CHN) were used assess participants' health, life, respectively. study was reported accordance with STROBE guidelines.ResultsIn total, 9193 completed survey, sample predominantly female (79.2%). overall prevalence depressive, anxious, stress symptoms 27.5%, 30.8%, 14.4%, general satisfaction level all participants about 76.8%. status 22.3% 23.2%, Multiple linear regression analysis showed that experience frontline work negative attitudes toward COVID-19 positively negatively (all P < 0.05).ConclusionsDuring common among China. This study explored the associations of grief support between social for and pandemic symptoms, attachment, mental health through accounting sociodemographic factors among bereaved spouses widowed as a result COVID-19 pandemic. From September 10 to November 23, 2020, cross-sectional mobile online survey was conducted, involving 92 participants with mean age 44.21 years. The sample predominantly Islamic (91%) female (88.8%), an average marriage duration 18.73 Participants completed assessments, including Grief Support Assessment Scale, Brief Symptom Rating Scale-5, Pandemic Revised Adult Attachment Couple Interaction Scale Marital Support. Results showed that extent which received (β = -0.36, p 0.03) were satisfied -0.29, negatively correlated grief. Age, education, attachment directly influenced health. A k-means cluster analysis identified younger (Mage 34.76 ± 4.63) experiencing greater difficulties (14.84 3.9), (7.23 3.06), needs (51.80 8.06). findings highlight needed higher than satisfaction during Additionally, dissatisfied demand resources from governmental nongovernmental organizations. emphasizes importance accessible, high-quality services are culturally religiously sensitive, especially in diverse contexts like Indonesia.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruption to healthcare services worldwide, and although the was declared over, nurses continue experience burnout mental health implications because of events experienced since 2020. aim this study explore experiences trauma among during pandemic, using a qualitative descriptive design. This paper used secondary analysis qualitative, semi-structured interviews conducted with 55 Australian exploring their alcohol consumption, due frequent narratives traumatic arising process. Data were analysed structural coding reported in accordance Consolidated Checklist for Reporting Qualitative (CORE-Q guidelines). Four themes emerged data analysis: managing stress clinical environment COVID ('it doesn't feel like it's gone away'), post-pandemic war, wasn't it?'), bonding over shared ('I not expecting camaraderie that developed') after event ('If something bad happens whilst you're on shift, you just have pretend it hasn't happened'). Participants described lasting effects from working clinically they as trauma. Objective: the COVID-19 pandemic has incurred psychological risks for healthcare workers (HCWs). We established a Victorian HCW cohort (the Coronavirus in Healthcare and Aged-Care Workers (COVIC-HA) study) to examine impacts on HCWs assess organisational responses over time. Methods: mixed-methods study, with baseline data collected via an online survey (7 May–18 July 2021) across four settings: ambulance, hospitals, primary care, residential aged-care. Outcomes included self-reported symptoms of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress (PTS), wellbeing, burnout, resilience, measured using validated tools. Work home-related perceptions workplace were also captured. Results: among 984 HCWs, clinically significant PTS reported by 22.5%, 14.0%, 20.4%, respectively, highest paramedics nurses. Emotional exhaustion reflecting moderate–severe burnout was 65.1%. Concerns about contracting at work transmitting common, but 91.2% felt well-informed changes 78.3% that support services available. Conclusions: Australian employed during 2021 experienced adverse mental health outcomes, prevalence differences observed according occupation. Longitudinal evidence is needed inform strategies physical wellbeing state policy levels.
