Abstract
Aims
and
Design
This
study
reports
a
qualitative
phenomenological
investigation
of
resilience
in
nursing
staff
working
high‐secure
personality
disorder
service.

PURPOSE

METHODS
NOMP23

1-year
prospective
cohort
study
that
recruited
trainees
consultants
using
e-mail
correspondence

2023.

participant

Professional
Fulfilment
Index,
Patient
Health
Questionnaire-4
for
anxiety
depression.
RESULTS

hundred
twelve

ABSTRACT
Workplace
violence
(WPV)
is
a
harmful
phenomenon
happening
in
psychiatric
wards.
Despite
preventive
efforts,
mental
health
services
cannot
eliminate
WPV.
If
can
increase
the
coping
and
resilience
of
frontline
healthcare
professionals
(FMHPs)
towards
WPV,
it
could
contribute
to
their
well‐being.
To
perform
systematic
review
comparative
studies
on
interventions
improve
WPV
aimed
at
FMHPs
working
Systematic

electronic
searches
MEDLINE,
Embase,
Cochrane
CENTRAL,
