Abstract
Background
Patient
safety
remains
a
global
priority,
with
nurses
playing
crucial
role
in
minimizing
errors
and
improving
patient
outcomes.
System
thinking,
which
involves
understanding
how
various
components
of
healthcare
system
interact,
is
increasingly
recognized
as
essential
for
enhancing
competencies.
Aim
This
study
investigates
the
impact
systems
thinking
on
competencies
among
critical
care
units,
exploring
relationship
between
subdomains
Methods
A
cross-sectional
was
conducted
at
all
units
Alexandria
Main
University
Hospital,
Egypt.
Data
were
collected
from
convenience
sample
289
using
scale
competency
self-evaluation
questionnaire.
Correlation
regression
analyses
performed
to
examine
competencies,
controlling
demographic
factors
such
age,
qualifications,
years
experience.
Results
Nurses
demonstrated
moderate
high
levels
(mean
=
82.36
±
12.14)

Strong

correlations

Abstract
Aim
This
study
aims
to
assess
the
relationship
between
workplace
ostracism
and
procrastination
behavior
of
nurses,
as

Abstract

Leadership
