Abstract Background Leadership in nursing is crucial for delivering high-quality healthcare and ensuring positive outcomes patients, staff, institutions. Many nurses leadership positions lack formal training, which can compromise their effectiveness. This study aims to evaluate the effect of a development program utilizing 360-degree feedback on head nurses’ practices. Methods A true-experimental design was employed three The involved 80 (40 intervention, 40 control), 240 staff nurses, 29 supervisors. intervention group participated six-week using feedback. Abstract Background Patient safety remains a global priority, with nurses playing crucial role in minimizing errors and improving patient outcomes. System thinking, which involves understanding how various components of healthcare system interact, is increasingly recognized as essential for enhancing competencies. Aim This study investigates the impact systems thinking on competencies among critical care units, exploring relationship between subdomains Methods A cross-sectional was conducted at all units Alexandria Main University Hospital, Egypt. Data were collected from convenience sample 289 using scale competency self-evaluation questionnaire. Correlation regression analyses performed to examine competencies, controlling demographic factors such age, qualifications, years experience. Results Nurses demonstrated moderate high levels (mean = 82.36 ± 12.14) 162.74 23.56). Strong positive correlations found ( r 0.605, p < 0.05), particularly areas error reporting, communication, infection prevention. Abstract Aim This study aims to assess the relationship between workplace ostracism and procrastination behavior of nurses, as well examine effect organizational silence on this relationship. In addition, remaining silent about significant issues facing nurses is a devastating approach success both healthcare organizations nursing profession. Method A cross‐sectional descriptive correlational exploratory research design was used conduct study. Data were collected from 352 recruited three large university hospitals in Alexandria, Egypt. Four instruments, namely, Workplace Ostracism Questionnaire, Organizational Silence Scale, Active Procrastination Unintentional used. Structural equation modeling test hypothesized relationships variables. Results The findings demonstrated positive moderate association active passive behaviors nurses. Abstract Aim This study was designed to examine the nurse managers’ boundary-spacing leadership’s impact on relationship between nurses’ work embeddedness and innovative behaviors. Background In today's evolving healthcare environment, innovation is essential for enhancing patient care, optimizing resources, supporting professionals. Nurses are pivotal in driving bedside innovation, but cultivating a culture of within nursing teams involves more than just promoting creative ideas. Methods descriptive correlational that conducted at one governmental hospital Tanta, Egypt. Using Nurse Managers Boundary-Spacing Scale assessing leadership, The Global Job Embeddedness measuring embeddedness, Innovative Work Behavior behavior, 250 nurses were surveyed.
