Abstract Background: Since November 2022, China has continuously optimized and adjusted its prevention control measures to achieve a smooth transition in the of epidemic relatively short period time, successfully passed first wave COVID-19 epidemic. The purpose this study was investigate nurses' job burnout influencing factors after peak Northeast China. Methods: 1350 frontline nurses were surveyed online through questionnaire, including general information questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS), Simplified Coping Style Scale(SCSQ), Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS). final effective response 1328, with an rate 98.37%. Results: 47.44% experienced COVID-19. risk for are persistence work night shifts during self infection (OR: 1.342,95% CI: 1.002-1.798). protective that there no elderly people family who need take care themselves 0.669,95% 0.510-0.878), patients be cared every day 0.574,95% 0.363-0.908), or 3-5 0.560,95% 0.381-0.823), financial support 0.766,95% 0.604-0.971), psychological 0.550,95% 0.409-0.742), assistance 0.427,95% 0.324-0.564). This phenomenological qualitative study examined the lived experience of pediatric nurse residents' transition to practice during COVID-19 pandemic. The purposive sample included nine nurses, participating in a residency program, who entered nursing profession first year setting was free-standing, Magnet-recognized, academic medical center Northeastern U.S. Individual interviews were audio recorded and transcribed. Narratives analyzed using hermeneutic approach. Five themes emerged from data: Our New Normal; Rules Keep Changing; I'm Not Ready for (transition practice); Toll COVID; Shattered Family-Centered Care. In the years following COVID-19 pandemic, issues such as high job demands, burnout, and turnover continue to influence nursing workforce, with heavier impacts marginalized groups. Understanding work life contexts of nurses color can help guide strategies for workplace equity meaningful support. This qualitative study explored experiences in United States during focusing on feelings about profession decisions. The overarching theme was "answering call," subthemes "COVID shone a light," "being consumed by COVID," "is it worth it?" Participants shared how their racial identities shaped perceptions decisions positive negative ways, noting racism impacted many facets added stressors felt community. Findings provide insight into underrepresented perspectives suggest eliminate nursing.

This study aimed to analyze in depth the opinions of nurses, nurse instructors, nursing students, doctors, and individuals, before, during pandemic, future on profession. The study, conducted as a qualitative cross-sectional research with 35 participants, involved in-depth interviews using semi-structured interview form, data were collected between January November 2021. In three main themes emerged profession, education, image. participants expressed that there changes their personal rights negative direction they did not have hopes for future. Similarly, an intense working process, adverse conditions pandemic period caused nurses experience burnout stress. stated education was affected by online negatively development professional skills competencies. Finally, developments experienced increased visibility reputation profession believed interest generations would increase, while some other short-term effects. Problems past continued pessimistic picture has emerged.

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe labor and delivery nurses' experiences in caring for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: We used a descriptive phenomenological design purposeful sampling recruit experienced nurses flexible semi-structured face-to-face audiotaped interviews. Constant comparison analyze data. Abstract Objective The purpose of this study is to examine the national impact workplace factors during SARS-CoV-2 pandemic on mental health experienced by non-physician healthcare workers (HCWs). Methods This consisted an online sample HCWs across United States, including nurses, medical assistants, and physician assistants. survey 93 questions, which included Perceived Stress Scale, Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression (CESD-10) scale, questions about COVID-19 vaccination, sources trusted information, work environment training pandemic. Descriptive statistics were used evaluate associations. Results In final ( N = 220), (81.8%) reported receiving at least one dose a COVID vaccine. Most respondents CDC’s information virus disease. Several workplace-related that occurred associated with moderate high levels perceived stress, fatigue, higher risk developing depression. particular, concerns exposing others, experiencing discrimination related their jobs, caring patients who died from increased depression, fatigue.
