Previous studies have concluded that workplace bullying has negative effects, and while these identified overcoming remains an important issue requiring further research analysis. Therefore, based on social learning theory, this study assumes inspirational leadership may reduce bullying. The also aimed to test the impact of psychological well-being. To investigate the impacts of social support and psychological detachment on nurses' job burnout, as well to validate detachment's mediating effect. The study was conducted using a questionnaire-based cross-sectional design. From October 2023 March 2024, convenience sampling used distribute electronic questionnaires (including general information questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory, Psychological Detachment Scale, Social Support Scale) current state detachment, among nurses. Abstract Aim This study intends to investigate whether , how and when service‐oriented high‐performance work systems (SHPWSs) drive nurses' extra‐role service behaviour. Design was a quantitative cross‐sectional conducted with matched nurse–patient participants. Method We tested hypotheses using data from 284 nurses their 566 patients. The were collected in 2019. set of hierarchical regression analyses test our hypotheses. Results results showed that SHPWSs have positive impact on job crafting, which, turn, mediates the link between behaviours. Ethical leadership is crucial in nursing management, and self-compassion increasingly recognized as a significant factor influencing nurses' job performance. Although the link between ethical nurse performance has been established, specific mechanisms that underlie this relationship remain unclear. Additionally, there paucity of research examining potential role context. This study aims to investigate self-compassion, leadership, while also validating mediating self-compassion. employed convenience sampling method conduct cross-sectional online survey involving 968 nurses from four tertiary-level hospitals Xi'an, China, conducted April May 2024. Participants completed self-report questionnaires included Leadership Scale, Self-Compassion Job Performance Scale. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H rank sum Spearman correlation analysis, PROCESS tool within SPSS. ABSTRACT Aim This study aims to explore whether, how, and when negative beneficiary contact (NBC) harms nurses' mental health. Design was a quantitative time‐lagged study, collecting data across three distinct time points. Method We collected from 422 nurses in 2024, conducting series of hierarchical regression analyses test our hypothesis. Results The results revealed that NBC positively affects strain, which turn mediates the relationship between More importantly, influence resilience supervisors' appreciation moderates these relationships. ABSTRACT Aim To investigate the level of ethical leadership among head nurses and its relationship with nurses' perceived organisational justice. Design A cross‐sectional study. Methods This study was conducted a convenience sample 501 clinical from four tertiary‐level hospitals in Zhengzhou, Henan Province China, May 2023.
