Abstract
Aim
This
study
intends
to
investigate
whether
,
how

when
service‐oriented
high‐performance
work
systems
(SHPWSs)
drive
nurses'
extra‐role
service
behaviour.
Design

a
quantitative
cross‐sectional
conducted
with
matched
nurse–patient
participants.

ABSTRACT
Aim
This
study
aims
to
explore
whether,
how,
and
when
negative
beneficiary
contact
(NBC)
harms
nurses'
mental
health.
Design
was
a
quantitative
time‐lagged
study,

data
across
three
distinct
time
points.

We
collected
from
422
nurses
in
2024,

series
of
hierarchical
regression
analyses

hypothesis.
