Abstract
Background
The
prevalence
of
obesity
is
rising
globally
and
effective
strategies
to
treat
are
needed.
Intermittent
fasting,
a
dietary
intervention
for
weight
management,
has
received
growing
interest
from
the
general
public,

Background:
Prediabetes
is
a
condition
that
often
precedes
the
onset
of
type
2
diabetes
mellitus
(T2DM).
Literature
evidence

prediabetes
