Abstract
Background
Endometritis
is
an
inflammatory
reaction
of
the
lining
uterus,
leading
to
occurrence
infertility.
Platelet
rich
plasma
(PRP)
has
been
proven
exhibit
extremely
effective
for
treatment
endometrium‐associated
infertility,
but
mechanism
its
prevention
endometritis
remains
unclear.
Objective
The
present
study
aimed
investigate
protective
effect
PRP
against
induced
by
lipopolysaccharide
(LPS)
and
elucidate
underlying
these
effects.
Methods
Mouse
model
was
established
intrauterine
