Abstract Background Endometritis is an inflammatory reaction of the lining uterus, leading to occurrence infertility. Platelet rich plasma (PRP) has been proven exhibit extremely effective for treatment endometrium‐associated infertility, but mechanism its prevention endometritis remains unclear. Objective The present study aimed investigate protective effect PRP against induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and elucidate underlying these effects. Methods Mouse model was established intrauterine perfusion LPS. infusion administered at 24 h after LPS induction. After another h, uterine tissues were harvested observe histopathological changes, production proinflammatory cytokines, variation Toll‐like receptor 4/nuclear factor κB (TLR4/NF‐κB) signaling pathways, validated anti‐inflammatory PRP. myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity concentration nitric oxide (NO) determined using assay kit. Proinflammatory chemokines (tumor necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α), interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β), interleukin‐6 (IL‐6)) measured ELISA Real‐Time PCR. TLR4/NF‐κB pathway in Western blotting. Results Hematoxylin‐eosin staining (H&E) appeared that remarkably relieved impairment tissues. Detection MPO NO revealed distinctly mitigated infiltration cells mice with significantly affected expression TNF‐α, IL‐1β, IL‐6. also found suppress LPS‐induced activation pathway. Conclusion effectively alleviates via restraining signal TLR4/NF‐κB. These findings provide a solid foundation as potential therapeutic agent endometritis.

Endometritis is defined as an infection or inflammation of the endometrium.Endometritis two types: acute and chronic.Acute endometritis symptomatic endometrium, which upon examination with a microscope shows micro-abscess neutrophil invasion in superficial endometrium. One its most common manifestations postpartum endometritis.Chronic silent disease usually diagnosed on workup secondary amenorrhoea infertility. An important cause chronic tuberculosis, especially developing nations.Chronic have been associated poor reproductive outcomes.Worse outcomes reported for individuals endometritis. This scoping review impact fertility.

Abstract The aim of the present systematic review and meta-analysis was to assess effect different therapeutic options for repeated embryo implantation failure (RIF) on a subsequent IVF cycle outcome. Twenty-two RCTs nineteen observational studies were included. Pooling results showed beneficial intrauterine PBMC infusion both CPR (RR 2.18; 95% CI 1.58–3.00; p < 0.00001; OR 2.03; 1.22–3.36; = 0.006) LBR 2.41; 1.40–4.16; 0.002; 3.73; 1.13–12.29; 0.03), subcutaneous G-CSF administration 2.29; 1.58–3.31; 0.0001) PRP 2.45; 1.55–3.86; 0.0001). Observational also demonstrated positive IVIG hCG atosiban CPR. Studies investigating infusion, LMWH, intravenous intralipid, hysteroscopy, blastocyst-stage ET, ZIFT, PGT-A AH failed observe an impact quality evidence that emerged from focused moderate. For all other therapies/interventions it varied low very low. In conclusion, are most promising RIF. However, further well conducted necessary before their introduction into clinical practice.

The expression of genes various proinflammatory chemokines and cytokines is controlled, among others, by the signaling pathway nuclear factor kappaB (NF-κB) superfamily proteins, providing an impact on immune system functioning. present review addresses influence role NF-κB in development progression most vital endometrial diseases human animal species. Immune modulation endometritis, endometrosis, endometriosis, carcinoma results changes cell migration, proliferation, inflammation intensity both stroma epithelium. In cells, may be activated multiple stimuli, such as bacterial parts, cytokines, or hormones binding to specific receptors. dysregulation response involves aberrant production which plays a carcinoma. However, estrogen progesterone reproductive tract always major its regulation. Thus, sex cannot overlooked disease physiopathology. While seems NF-κB-dependent, hormone-independent hormone-dependent regulation endometrium should considered future studies. Future goals this research step up into clinical trials with compounds affecting treatment for diseases.

Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) has become an important reproductive health issue worldwide. RPL affects about 2%-3% of reproductive-aged women, and makes serious threats to women's physical mental health. However, the etiology approximately 50% cases remains unknown (unexplained RPL), which poses a big challenge for clinical management these patients. been widely regarded as complex disease where its attributed numerous factors. Heretofore, various risk factors have identified, such maternal ages, genetic factors, anatomical structural abnormalities, endocrine dysfunction, prethrombotic state, immunological infection. More importantly, development applications next generation sequencing technology significantly expanded opportunities discover chromosomal aberrations single gene variants responsible RPL, provides new insight into pathogenic mechanisms. Furthermore, based upon patients' diagnostic evaluation etiologic diagnosis, specific therapeutic recommendations established. This review will highlight current understanding recent advances on with special focus etiologies, diagnosis management.

Background The previous researches show that infertile patients have a higher incidence of endometritis and endometrial polyps, the occurrence these two diseases is related to changes in microbiota genital tract. We aim determine composition changing characteristics tract (especially endometrium) with chronic or find correlation between it diseases. Methods This prospective study. collected biopsy samples from 134 asymptomatic receiving assisted reproductive therapy before embryo transfer. Through pathological examination 16S ribosomal RNA(16S rRNA) sequencing, we determined distribution polyps patients, as well their microorganisms. Results Compared normal control group, microbial group changed, there are significant species differences relative abundance vagina, cervix uterine cavity. Lactobacillus , dominant flora female tract, showed change Endometrial composed Staphylococcus, Gardnerella, Atopobium, Streptococcus, Peptostreptococcus, Chlamydia, Fusobacterium, Acinetobacter etc. polyps. Conclusion results that, compared did species, suggesting local microecology may be an important factor disease, even adverse pregnancy outcomes. further study provide new opportunity improve diagnosis treatment strategy endometritis.

Emerging research has revealed the microbiome interacts anatomy, histology, and immunity of tract, which are cornerstone maintaining preventing adverse pregnancy outcomes. Currently, precise mechanisms underlying their interaction impact on physiological functions tract remain elusive, constituting a prominent area investigation within field microecology. From this new perspective, we explore interactions between factors affect composition in as well personalized medicine approaches managing based microbiome. This study highlights pivotal role influencing occurrence diseases. These findings support exploration innovative for prevention, monitoring treatment diseases
