Nurses' psychological resilience has been studied using a variable-centered rather than person-centered approach, impeding comprehensive understanding of the holistic expression these different forms resilience. Abstract Background Nurses face substantial career challenges arising from global pandemics, economic crises, and their roles in conflict-ridden areas. In this context, the rights of nurses pertaining to decent work, such as freedom, fairness, safety, dignity, are not adequately safeguarded. This study examines work status among Chinese its links demographics, engagement, turnover intention. Methods A cross-sectional design was used following STROBE guidelines. Through a convenient sampling method, total 476 were surveyed. These participants drawn three esteemed tertiary Grade hospitals Hangzhou, with data collection spanning June August 2023. We comprehensive set assessment instruments, encompassing an evaluation demographic characteristics, Decent Work Perceptions Scale (DWPS), Utrecht Engagement (UEWS), intention questionnaire. Mental health problems among nurses are prevalent and harmful. Nurses worldwide have encountered serious mental issues. Although fatigue has been proven to lead substance abuse or addictive behaviors (such as internet addiction), there is a lack of sufficient data on whether connection with compassion fatigue. Abstract Background Creating a healthy and conducive nursing work environment is universal global concern. Background As the workload of clinical nursing continues to increase, mental health nurses has emerged as a critical area concern. Self-compassion, moral resilience, and work engagement are essential components in enhancing nurses. Although it is well-established that self-compassion significantly contributes improved engagement, there remains notable lack research investigating specific mechanisms through which influences particularly from perspective resilience. This study aimed address this gap by examining relationships among self-compassion, nurses, while also validating mediating role resilience relationship between engagement. Methods utilized convenience sampling method conduct cross-sectional online survey involving 844 four tertiary A hospitals Xi’an, China, January March 2024. Participants completed self-report questionnaires included Self-Compassion Scale, Rushton Moral Resilience Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. The study is aimed at investigating the relationship between psychological resilience and job performance in nurses during Covid-19 pandemic terms of descriptive characteristics.The emergence has mainly affected performances health care professionals, including nurses. While compassion fatigue is evaluated positively in nurses, and burnout are undesirable from the viewpoint of professionals, service providers, institutions ultimately society. It necessary to identify factors that lead results reduce their effects. This study aimed investigate nurses' levels fatigue, satisfaction, burnout, various psychopathological symptom levels, coping skills, relationship between them.This was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The participants were 356 nurses working tertiary university hospitals Istanbul (Türkiye). Healthcare Professional Information Form, ProQOL-IV, Brief Symptom Inventory, Coping Orientations Problems Experienced scale used collect data. Descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, regression models analyze data.According findings, low-level moderate-high low-moderate symptoms detected. Low-level anxiety, depression, somatization, hostility, negative self-esteem found. According analysis, mental disengagement planning strategies affect synergy (p < 0.05). With the continuous improvement of people's health needs, public's requirements for medical care are also getting higher and higher. Work engagement is a positive psychological state related to work. It very important maintain nurses' work engagement, however, due many factors, level not high nursing managers should identify influencing factors take measures fully improve engagement.To explore influence compassion fatigue, professional identity sense coherence on engagement.From January 2022 June 2022, convenience sampling was used select clinical nurses from 9 tertiary hospitals in Henan Province China as research objects questionnaire survey. Statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis PROCESS Macro Model 4 7 regression analysis.The results showed that fatigue significantly negatively correlated with coherence, (P<0.01), positively there significant between (P<0.01).
