Social restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in altered sleep patterns and mental health challenges, particularly among adolescents young adults. During the COVID-19 lockdown, a high prevalence of disruption in lifestyle habits was reported, especially concerning sleep habits. The present study aimed to explore relationship between lifestyles and lockdown on subjects living Mexico. A cross-sectional survey conducted. An online questionnaire administered participants. clustering procedure performed identify groups respondents with similar characteristics. There were 155 respondents. Most them women (83%) young age. identified two distinct subjects, i.e., Cluster 1 2. 2 younger, more likely use social media, spent much time watching TV/surfing internet than 1.
