Aim: To evaluate the root canal cleanliness after retreatment with ProTaper Universal and Solite RS rotary file system.Materials Methods: Twenty extracted single-rooted premolar teeth were selected.The canals enlarged nickel-titanium (NiTi) files, filled gutta-percha sealer, randomly divided into two experimental groups.The filling materials removed either one of following systems: or RS.No solvent was used for removal gutta percha.Teeth sectioned longitudinal assessed under microscope.Results: Both instrumentation techniques left obturating material in at apical, coronal middle third.There no significant difference both groups regards to all three levels (p>0.05). Sesamol is the main constituent of sesame seed oil and obtained from Sesamum indicum. Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) one most common neoplasms affecting oral cavity.
