Maintaining children’s physical activity levels is crucial to preventing obesity and improving their health well-being. However, achieving the recommended daily level of 60 min moderate-to-vigorous intensity can be difficult for children with disabilities. Moreover, disabilities spend less time engaging in than typically developing peers. This study aimed assess personal, environmental, social determinants among quantitative, cross-sectional was conducted through an online survey a convenient sample, including 125 parents aged between 5 18 years from different regions Kingdom Saudi Arabia. Approximately 40.8% participants were 41 50 years, 57.6% (the friends children) did not engage regular exercise. Statistically significant differences observed perception summary scores engagement scores. Efforts should made reinforce parents’ perceptions regarding support that ensure friends’ engagement. Specialized interventional studies are needed children.
