Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) have a significant role in gene regulation, especially cancer and inflammatory diseases. ncRNAs, such as microRNA, long non-coding RNAs, circular alter the transcriptional, post-transcriptional, epigenetic expression levels. These molecules act biomarkers possible therapeutic targets because aberrant ncRNA has been directly connected to tumor progression, metastasis, response therapy research. ncRNAs’ interactions with multiple cellular pathways, including MAPK, Wnt, PI3K/AKT/mTOR, impact processes like proliferation, apoptosis, immune responses. The potential of RNA-based therapeutics, anti-microRNA microRNA mimics, restore normal is being actively studied. Additionally, tissue-specific patterns ncRNAs offer unique opportunities for targeted therapy. Specificity, stability, responses are obstacles use ncRNAs; however, novel strategies, modified oligonucleotides delivery systems, developed. profiling may result more individualized successful treatments precision medicine advances, improving patient outcomes creating early diagnosis monitoring opportunities. current review aims investigate roles diseases, focusing on their mechanisms regulation implications non-invasive diagnostics therapies. A comprehensive literature was conducted using PubMed Google Scholar, research published between 2014 2025. Studies were selected based rigorous inclusion criteria, peer-reviewed status relevance Non-English, non-peer-reviewed, inconclusive studies excluded. This approach ensures that findings presented high-quality relevant sources.

To develop a simple and practical model to predict the prognostic survival of non-smoking patients with lung adenocarcinoma by combining general pathological information laboratory hematologic indicators. Cox univariate multivariate analyses were used identify variable A proportional hazards was constructed based on selected variables compare outcomes between high-and low-risk groups validate model's performance. Subsequently, nomogram established systematically evaluate impact prognosis. Data from four hospitals retrospectively collected. We enrolled 1,172 patients, this includes 372 external validation data. Multivariate analysis identified six significant (P < 0.05): tumor TNM stage, size, white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, lymphocyte hemoglobin level. combined these build model. The C-index training set is 0.811 (0.780-0.842), value 0.786 (0.737-0.835) in,test 0.810 (0.772-0.847) in set. area under curve (AUC) results predicted 3-years overall (OS) three data sets 0.850, 0.819, 0.860, respectively. Physical activity is associated with cancer of the male genitalia. However, genetic causality this association remains unclear. In study, Mendelian randomization (MR) was used to explore potential causal relationship between different intensities physical and This study utilized single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) vigorous exercise obtained from published genome-wide studies (GWAS) summary data genital GWAS. The main analysis method inverse variance weighted (IVW) for two-sample MR analysis. heterogeneity results assessed using Cochran’s Q statistic, while horizontal pleiotropy MR-Egger. Sensitivity included a “leave-one-out” test. showed that light DIY risk factor (OR = 1.045, 95% confidence interval [1.004, 1.089], p .033). result passed sensitivity found effect activities on cancer.
