The Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) species is in high demand owing to its valuable caviar. Therefore, it danger of extinction. Since the reaches sexual maturity late life cycle, this has a economic cost for farmers. However, can be reduced with an environmentally friendly system called biofloc technology. This study compared growth performance and health indicators groups using different carbon sources such as starch (BS), molasses (BM) dextrose (BD). In 60-day study, fish average initial weight 106.44±5.79 g were stocked tanks at density 21 fish/tank (0.4 m3/tank). water temperature was set 19 ℃ degrees throughout study. On 30th 60th days experiment, weighted measure parameters sampled immune indices. No mortality observed any group A between comparison gain revealed that BS BM (105.51±2.26; 100.50±2.18) performed better than control (BC, without external sources) BD (95.90±2.09; 87.36±2.18) (P<0.05). This study evaluates the impact of dietary supplementation blue-green alga Arthrospira platensis NIOF17/003 nanoparticles (AN) on growth performance, whole-body biochemical compositions, blood biochemistry, steroid hormonal, and fry production efficiency Nile tilapia ( Oreochromis niloticus ) broodstock, during spawning season. After a 21-day preparation period to equip females ensure that their ovaries were filled with eggs, mating between mature males took place in 3:1 ratio 14-day cycle. Compared group, fish improvement p < 05 triglyceride, glucose, aspartate aminotransferase (AST). gradual increase inclusion level resulted concentrations luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating (FSH), testosterone, progesterone, prolactin. rates (%) for 10.5, 18.6, 32.2% respectively, compared group. work concluded significantly improved performances, concentrations, increased by 32.2%, These findings revealed enhanced female’ reproductive productivity broodstock.
