Introduction Regarded as the world’s largest smart-aquaculture vessel so far, Guoxin No. 1, has achieved remarkable success in aim to develop large-scale cruising aquaculture platforms. 1 is 816 feet long with 15 fish farming tanks, which a tank capacity of up 900,000 square feet. It great practical interest study pipe flow rate distribution involving oxygen and novel control schemes for internal flows aquacultural facilities connecting tanks. Methods In this paper, three-dimensional numerical investigations on T-type pipeline its are carried out. A single pump designed convert water two separate tanks through system, composed one main inlet outlet pipes same diameter that pipe. horizontal arrangement pipes, an must be half inflow rate, firstly studied validation. To guarantee balanced supply, equilibrium outflow rates can consequence using branch smaller installed 3-D unsteady RANS solvers were employed simulate incompressible viscous walls assumed rigid bodies. Results couple three angles then investigated assess change rates. Based simulations, scheme was proposed including optimize central included angle between small pipe, order balance The results show significant influence field pipes. Discussion If fixed, it indicated adjusting efficient method unify improve exchange among

This study evaluates the impact of dietary supplementation blue-green alga Arthrospira platensis NIOF17/003 nanoparticles (AN) on growth performance, whole-body biochemical compositions, blood biochemistry, steroid hormonal, and fry production efficiency Nile tilapia ( Oreochromis niloticus ) broodstock, during spawning season. After a 21-day preparation period to equip females ensure that their ovaries were filled with eggs, mating between mature males took place in 3:1 ratio 14-day cycle. A total 384 broodstock 288 96 an initial body weight 450.53±0.75, divided into four groups; AN 0 : basal diet as control group no , other three groups (AN 2 4 6 diets supplemented . at levels 2, 4, g kg ─1 diet, respectively. The results found fish-fed showed highest significant differences gain (WG), final (FW), feed conversion (FCR), protein (PER), (FER). Females fed fat content. Compared group, fish improvement p < 05 triglyceride, glucose, aspartate aminotransferase (AST). gradual increase inclusion level resulted concentrations luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating (FSH), testosterone, progesterone, prolactin. rates (%) for 10.5, 18.6, 32.2% respectively, compared group. work concluded significantly improved performances, concentrations, increased by 32.2%, These findings revealed enhanced female’ reproductive productivity broodstock.
