Background/Objectives: Many lasers applied in skin rejuvenation protocols show emissions with wavelengths falling the red or near-infrared (NIR) bands. To obtain further vitro data on potential therapeutic benefits regarding rejuvenation, we employed a 675 nm laser wavelength cultured human dermal fibroblasts to understand mechanisms involved process’s signaling pathways by analyzing cytoskeletal proteins, extracellular matrix (ECM) components, and membrane integrins. Methods: Normal (NHDFs) were irradiated 24 h after seeding, immunofluorescence microscopy Western blotting applied. Results: The results demonstrate that treatment induces significant changes fibroblasts, affecting cytoskeleton organization production reorganization of ECM molecules. cell response appears predominantly involve paxillin-mediated pathways. Conclusions: These suggest can potentially improve structure function tissue, interesting implications for treating aging.

Abstract Introduction Dark under‐eye circles or periorbital hyperpigmentation constitute a prevalent and challenging cosmetic problem with diverse etiologies types. While modifying exacerbating habits can provide partial relief for the pigmentary vascular factors associated this condition, despite abundance of available treatment options, there is currently lack gold‐standard evidence‐based treatments proposed curing disorder. Objectives This study aimed to assess safety effectiveness carboxytherapy in treating hyperpigmentation. Material Methods In 4‐week single‐arm clinical trial, 20 eligible Iranian patients symmetric received weekly intradermal carboxytherapy. The involved administering 10–20 mL CO2 at rate mL/min temperature 15°C duration ranging from few seconds 1 min. Follow‐up assessments were conducted month after final session. primary outcome was defined as changes ΔE variations pigmentation observed between orbital extra‐orbital skin before trial. Results reported satisfaction statistically significant reduction achieved through lateral ( p = 0.002), middle 0.001), medial 0.001) regions area. total response estimated 20%. Abstract Background Noninvasive skin rejuvenation treatment is growing in recognition to aesthetic medicine. Aim The objective of the study was assess efficacy and safety 675‐nm laser source photodamaged hands. Materials methods included 21 patients (6 males 15 females) with a mean age 63 (± 9) years. Patients were treated —two three sessions 1‐month interval between sessions. Photos each patient collected at baseline, 3 months after last session. 5‐point Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale (GAIS) recorded their final assessment session (3 months). Results total GAIS scores showed satisfactory results: (71%) experienced 4 score (excellent improvement) changes 6 (29%) (good changes. Clinical images good visible results for management skin. No serious adverse effects recorded. Conclusion This demonstrates improvement pigmentation texture

Background: Melasma therapy can be difficult and requires employing different treatment approaches. Laser is a good alternative for treating melasma, especially patients with refractory cases. Objective: To evaluate the efficacy safety of newcomer wavelength 675 nm diode laser in melasma darker skin types. Methods: Nineteen female facial were recruited. They received four sessions at one-month intervals using following parameters: power 5-6 W, pulse duration 100-150 ms, spacing 2000 mm, stack one up to 4 passes. One month after last session, evaluation was done subjectively through modified area severity index (mMASI) score objectively Antera 3D camera. Results: After treatment, there highly statistically significant reduction mMASI scores. In addition, scores on camera recorded differences treated areas' melanin hemoglobin average levels. Conclusion: The novel represents safe efficient approach phototype patients.

ABSTRACT Background Acquired dermal melanocytosis (ADM) is a pigmentary lesion caused by melanocytes in the dermis. These conditions are refractory, and consensus on treatment remains elusive. Aims To compare efficacy of 730‐ 1064‐nm picosecond lasers ADM to supplement comparison with literature review. Patients: We retrospectively examined patients who underwent laser therapy between April 2021 February 2024. Treatments were performed three times spot irradiation using 730‐nm (3‐mm spot, 1.7–1.8 J/cm 2 ; or 2‐mm 2.5–3.25 ) 3.1–4.0 ). Two months after each procedure, patient satisfaction was evaluated questionnaires, macroscopic findings assessed photographs, melanin accumulation analyzed skin analysis software. Evaluations conducted 4‐point scale (excellent, good, fair, poor), good higher considered effective. Results Seventy‐eight 83 assigned groups, respectively. After sessions, group exhibited superior outcomes terms subjective symptoms (patient satisfaction), objective findings, software improvements. The incidence hyperpigmentation 15.4% 14.5% group, no significant differences observed rates other complications. Conclusions use laser, which possesses high selectivity, relatively deep penetration, short pulse width, suggests potentially more effective for ADM, compared effects conventional wavelength, without increasing
