Background: In the rapidly evolving domain of healthcare technology, integration advanced computational models has opened up new possibilities for personalized nutrition guidance. The emergence sophisticated language models, such as Chat Generative Pre-training Transformer (ChatGPT), offers potential in providing interactive and tailored dietary advice. However, concerns remain about applicability appropriateness ChatGPT's recommendations, especially those with distinct health conditions. Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate reliability ChatGPT a source nutritional Methods: Three hypothetical scenarios representing various conditions were presented alongside precise requirements. was tasked generate programs, encompassing meal timing, specific caloric portions (measured grams spoons), well alternative options each scenario. Following this, ChatGPT’s generated programs underwent thorough review by multidisciplinary team nutritionist, specialist physicians clinical researchers. evaluation focused on programs' suitability, alignment standards, consideration individual factors, additional guidance Safety. Results: demonstrated its ability plans accordance basic principles. there are apparent issues recommended macronutrient distribution, handling conditions, drug interactions, setting realistic weight loss goals. Conclusions: While exhibits promise program generator, application intervention should be restricted certified professionals. Until July 2023, it is not advisable patients engage self-prescription using version 3.5, owing inability provide professional knowledge acceptable guidance, particularly individuals co-existing prevailing absence reasoning highlights importance employing solely tool, rather than relying an autonomous decision-maker. The advent of Chat-GPT, an AI-driven technology, is reshaping various sectors, particularly higher education. This study, merging the Unified Theory Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) with Protection Motivation (PMT), explores relationship between technology adoption protection motivation in education, addressing concept "the (un)knowledgeable, (un)skilled." Through Structural Equation Modeling, findings from Indonesian participants (N = 445), including students lecturers, reveal that perceived benefits such as task efficiency, hedonic motivation, performance expectancy, effort expectancy predominantly motivate Chat-GPT use. Risk perception leans more on vulnerability than severity, insignificant impact response cost. Response efficacy self-efficacy significantly determine intention. Insight moderating effect educational level suggest doctoral-level users demonstrate increased usage, gender plays a role efficiency. Both actively influence users' intentions actual usage behavior. These insights guide educators, policymakers, institutions ethically integrating AI, managing evolving risk perceptions, empowering dynamic AI landscape Policymakers (e.g., university boards) are urged to dexterity ethical framework authorize user ensure equitable access

Effective communication of scientific knowledge plays a crucial role in the advancement medical research and health care. Technological advancements have introduced large language models such as Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (ChatGPT), powered by artificial intelligence (AI), which has already shown promise revolutionizing writing. This study aimed to conduct detailed evaluation ChatGPT-3.5’s enhancing various aspects From May 10 12, 2023, authors engaged series interactions with ChatGPT-3.5 evaluate its effectiveness tasks, particularly application writing, including vocabulary enhancement, text rewriting for plagiarism prevention, hypothesis generation, keyword title article summarization, simplification jargon, transforming from informal data interpretation. The exploration ChatGPT’s functionalities writing revealed potential process, demonstrating efficiency improving usage, suggesting alternative phrasing, providing grammar enhancements. While results indicate ChatGPT (version 3.5), presence certain imperfections highlights current indispensability human intervention refine validate outputs, ensuring accuracy relevance settings. integration AI into shows significant clarity, efficiency, reliability. both benefits limitations using ChatGPT-3.5, emphasizing ability enhance vocabulary, prevent plagiarism, generate hypotheses, suggest keywords, summarize articles, simplify transform an academic format. However, tools should not replace expertise. It is professionals ensure thorough review validation maintain content case they eventually use supplementary resource Accepting this mutually symbiotic partnership holds patient outcomes, it sets stage fusion produce novel approach assessment.
