characterize
ARGs
in
594
genomes
representing
19
Listeria
species
that
previously
isolated
from
soils
natural
environments
across
United
States.
Among
five
putatively
functional
identified,
lin,
which
confers

lincomycin,
most
prevalent,
followed
by
mprF,
sul,
fosX,
norB.
are
predominantly
found
sensu
stricto
species,
with
those
more
closely
related
monocytogenes
tending
harbor
ARGs.

phylogenetic
