Cancer and bacterial infections are among the most high-interest health threats facing humanity. The growing resistance to current-found anticancer antibacterial drugs necessitates exploration of new, effective agents. To synthesize some them, 4-chloroskimmetine (4-CSM), with undefined biological effects, was used as a building block create thirteen its derived coumarins. This precursor Bargellini reaction were produce first coumarin, designated Y0. From which, twelve coumarins coded Y1-Y12 created by esterifying Y0 various halophenols using SOCl2-promoted reaction. Various pharmacological properties of coumarins brought them under light among the heterocyclics. Also, coumarin derivatives still approve their importance in medical field as a valuable building block to elicit further with diverse, potent, and interesting biological activities. Moreover, numerous actions thiadiazole-based compounds contribute notion this unique synthesis linearly fused thiadiazolocoumarins using molecular hybridization method. Advanced functional polymeric materials can possess chemical reactivity, catalytic properties, photosensitivity, electrical conductivity, biological activity, biocompatibility, pharmacological selective separation, and energy conversion of traditional polymers. Methacrylate are highly versatile owing to their exceptional properties including superior optical transparency, excellent light transmission, robust thermal stability. This study investigates a class methacrylate coincorporating coumarin tyrosine units, aiming explore synergistic effects moieties on polymers' optoelectronic properties. The were synthesized characterized, revealing significant alterations in electronic structure due incorporation coumarin-tyrosine hybrids into backbone. Optical assessed via UV-vis photoluminescence spectroscopy, demonstrating solvent-dependent red shifts intense emission peaks, indicative efficient charge transfer between coumarin. results highlight potential novel for applications optoelectronics offer new insights synthesis, functionalization, performance. In this study, diode observed that exhibited effective behavior with calculated ideality factors (n) 2.68 2.78, barrier heights (Φb) 0.45 0.46 eV, respectively, indicating more height compared previously reported studies. work contributes expanding knowledge tunable semiconducting polymers, paving way future innovations material science.
