In the last eight years, there have been three wars between Israel and Gaza Strip. The war (2014) continued for 51 days left 2191 dead 10 895 wounded. This study aimed to assess quality of life (QOL) people wounded in 2014 strip. A cross sectional, descriptive design was used this study. QOL assessed by World Health Organization Quality Life (WHOQOL-BREF) questionnaire. Three-hundred-and-hour patients participated means items WHOQOL-PREF ranged 1.08 2.44 18 below two. Mean scores main domains were very low with an overall score 3.94 (maximum 8). Several variables such as age need hospitalization impacted level participants. many injured. their all QOL. These results should call attention health public policy makers take prompt actions improve group people.

The current study examined correlates of life satisfaction among Korean Vietnam War Veterans. sample included 450 male Veterans from the Study, surveyed by mail in 2013 (Mean age = 67.4 years old, SD 3.0). A hierarchical analysis was conducted entering four blocks variables: first demographic factors, and then pre-military service, military post-military service variables. Each successive regression showed a significant additional contribution to variance satisfaction. In final model, had higher when they were married, monthly income poorer childhood family environment, appraised their positive light, less stressors after homecoming better perceived physical health. However, combat exposure social support not independently associated with model. These results imply that both pre- as well cognitive appraisals should be considered understanding subjective well-being later life.

Veterans with disabilities can experience poor quality of life following military service due to the associated negative physical and psychological ramifications. To evaluate the late effects on quality of life (QOL) individual years after protracting low-dose radiation exposure.We assessed 1,818 subjects using World Health Organization Questionnaire Quality Life--Brief Version (WHOQOL-BREF) in several Health-Related Life (HRQoL) domains. After adjusting for demographic characteristics and comorbidities, we examined HRQoL differences at various levels exposure ages disclosure.
