A spiral microfluidic chip (SMC) and multi-spiral (MSMC) for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) production were fabricated using a CO2 laser engraving method, perfluoropolyether (PFPE) poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate as photopolymerizable base materials. The SMC includes microchannel that enables rapid fluid mixing, thereby facilitating the of small uniform LNPs with size 72.82 ± 24.14 nm PDI 0.111 0.011. MSMC integrates multiple parallel structures, which high-throughput LNP without compromising quality achieves maximum capacity 960 mL per hour. fabrication technology has potential applications in pharmaceutical field due to ease fabrication, simplicity cost-effectiveness process, ability produce high-quality LNPs.
