The objective of this research is to propose and validate a theoretical model that explains job satisfaction in remote work influenced by family-supportive supervisory behaviors (FSSBs) and, addition, evaluate the mediating role work-to-family positive spillover (WFPS) work–life balance (WLB) influence. A non-experimental cross-sectional study was conducted using self-administered survey sample 396 teleworkers Lima, Peru. hypothesized analyzed PLS-SEM based structural equation modeling. results show FSSB has direct effect on both WFPS WLB. In it shows WLB have effects work. Also, influence conclusion, highlights importance supervisor behavior, spillover, workers’ satisfaction. It suggested companies adopt policies practices encourage as well favorable environment.
