Before
molecular
pathways
in
cancer
were
known
to
a
depth
that
could
predict
targets,
drug
development
relied
on
phenotypic
screening,
where
the
effectiveness
of
candidate
chemicals
is
judged
from
functional
readouts
without
considering
mechanisms
action.
The
unraveling
tumor-specific
has
brought
targets
for
molecularly
driven
discovery,
but
precedents
field
have
shown
awareness
does
not
necessarily
therapeutic
efficacy,
and
many
cancers
still
lack
druggable
targets.
Phenotypic
screening
therefore
retains
niche
targeted
approach
informative.
We
analyze
unique
advantages
screens,
how
technological
advances

their
discovery
power.

The
incidence
of
distant
metastases
is
associated
with
most
cancer-related
mortalities.Extracellular
vesicles
(EVs),
secreted
from
tumors
and
cancer-associated
fibroblasts,
are
involved
in
the
metastatic
process
mediating
their
organotropism
through
involvement
pre-metastatic
niche
formation.We
have
been
developing
suicide
gene
therapy
mediated
by
EVs
mesenchymal
stem/
stromal
cells,
tumor
fibroblasts.Suicide
conjugated
prodrug
tropic,
penetrate
kill
them
intracellular
conversion
nontoxic
to
an
efficient
anti-cancer
drug.Here,
we
discuss
findings
regarding
possibility
using
as
a
novel
therapeutic
approach
for
metastases,

Breast
cancer
is

worldwide.
Recently,

cells

extracellular
vesicles
(EVs)
derived
from
triple-negative
(TNBCs),
e.g.,
MDA-MB-231
HS578T,
separated
using
differential
ultracentrifugation.
We
observed
an
growth,
migration,
invasiveness
normal
over
time
in
presence
TNBC
compared
control.
Therefore,
these
data
suggest
that

influencing
