This study measures the level of influence digital competence (DC), green behavior (GB), psychological well-being (PWB), and innovation (IB) in building a sustainable creative economy (SCE). In more depth, role IB mediation is tested against DC, GB, PWB SCE. adopts an ex post facto design that involves 294 participating industry communities. A Likert scale questionnaire instrument with validated items was used to collect data. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis test hypothesis direct between variables mediating through path bootstrap method. Digital learning (DL) in vocational education has become a crucial issue that continues to be developed for innovation, including the automotive engineering department. However, problem is related relevance of competencies achieved accordance with industry qualifications. In addition, stages DL have not been fully understood by various educational practitioners. This study aims analyze perceptions and practitioners regarding implementation (DL-AE). Sixteen key informants were involved data collection through semi-structured interview techniques. Qualitative analyzed thematically help NVivo 12 Plus Software. The findings this are classified into three main aspects, namely activities prior DL-AE (Pre-DL-AE implementation), during implementation, evaluation program. lack accessibility tools intensive monitoring was an obstacle had solved. During DL-AE, roles responsibilities needed which include aspects facilitating, guiding teaching material according portion. The importance of intention in producing graduates who are ready for entrepreneurship has not been addressed indepth invocational education. lack entrepreneurial personality that is supported by technological competence the main problem. Reframing educational delivery due to the unprecedented disruption of classes necessitates utilization flexible learning materials that cater students’ diversity. Well-developed self-learning modules become vital ensure continuity with instructional modality. Adopting Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) model and using a mixed method design, this study aimed develop, implement, evaluate module in Building Enhancing New Literacies across Curriculum (BENLAC). A total 437 preservice teachers from state university five content experts evaluated validated tools: evaluation tool, questionnaire on teachers’ perceptions about module, FGD protocol. Findings revealed is developed following principles TAKE — Targeting course outcomes; Anchoring Universal Design for Learning TPACK concepts; Keeping Gagne’s nine events instruction; and, Engaging through reflections research. Thematic analysis validation resulted three themes: differentiated activities, research-based, techno-integrated tasks, rubric-based assessments. The majority perceived as aligned design frameworks outcomes-based education, UDL, Diversity Inclusivity, facilitative experiences. After enhancements, BENLAC was described having well-articulated outcomes, rigor development provides support in-sights considering adaptations enhance overall experience.

This study aims to analyze the contribution of "Bela-Beli" policy for improving 21st-century skills in vocational education graduates, including creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and digital literacy. research is ex-post facto with a quantitative data approach. involved 155 respondents from community who graduated Kulon Progo Regency. Data was collected through questionnaire method 4 Likert scale instrument answer options Strongly Agree (SA), (A), Disagree (D), (SD). The were then analyzed using regression analysis structural equation modeling (SEM). results that have been show contributes significantly improvement which include literacy graduates education.
