University students are among the groups most adversely affected by COVID-19 in terms of their psychological and academic wellbeing, particularly given pandemic's uncertainty. However, little is known about flexibility to deal with this uncertain nature pandemic. This study aimed examine mediating role (PF) relationship between university students' intolerance uncertainty (IU) adjustment online learning process during COVID-19. Data was collected from 388 Türkiye (18-34 (Mage = 21.43, SD 2.04) who completed five questionnaires - Intolerance Uncertainty Scale, Acceptance Action Questionnaire II, Academic Self Efficacy Educational Stress Online Self-Regulatory Learning Scale. Additionally, as indicators adjustment, perceived performance ranging 1 10, last grade point average before pandemic were also collected. The results indicated that PF IU had a significant effect on complete adjustment. Results revealed self-regulation, sub-dimension did not show any other variable model. Research findings showed very important strength for maintain stressful times. discussed light relevant research, recommendations further research implications provided.

Teenagers and young adults (Gen Z) experience high rates of depression anxiety, one the contributing factors is related to academic stress. Gen Z has unique characteristics, technology a powerful influence on learning Z. Notwithstanding, evidence-based remains limited pertaining use alleviate stress for learning. Hence, address this issue, study integrates well-being model, Positive, Engagement Relationships, Meaning Achievement (PERMA) Model into technology-based teaching approach, by introducing Happy Capsule as kit promote engagement. combination five digital tools which are Padlet, Kahoot!, Wiki, e-portfolio, an online style test. Employing Participatory Action Research, paper explores experiences 50 first-year university students’ in with over 14 weeks. Bu çalışmada ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin okul tükenmişliği üzerinde eğitim-öğretim süreçleri için büyük risk oluşturan akademik stres ve ebeveyn başarı baskısının rolü incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın yürütülmesinde, nicel araştırma desenlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. örneklemini Düzce il merkezindeki sınavla öğrenci alan 3 okulda 2022-2023 yılında öğrenim gören 983 oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri, Ebeveyn Akademik Başarı Baskısı Desteği Ölçeği, Beklentilere Yönelik Stres Envanteri Ölçeği Okul Tükenmişlik olmak üzere Likert tipi üç ölçek kullanılarak elde edilmiştir.
